are As an upsell agent, you must attract new and existing customers who have already placed an order.

Those who have placed orders with us should check their additional product range and

sell. In doing so, you will provide our customers with incredible service and

at the same time build long-term customer relationships.

What you will do:

• Calls from customers regarding previously received shipping orders
• Enter orders accurately into the database and verify them.
• Application of sales techniques to persuade customers to increase their order quantity.
• Working on projects to increase National Pens' revenue through outbound call campaigns
• Suggest suitable products and solutions to callers
• Ensure that all customer problems are handled efficiently and inform customers about new products.
• Achieving weekly individual sales targets
• Participation in weekly team meetings
• Keep your knowledge of our products and processes up to date.
• Ongoing training, support and coaching
• All other tasks/projects as instructed by management.

What we need from you:

• Fly end in the required language
• At least 1 year of sales experience (experience using various communication channels such as chat, telephone, email)
• Passion for good customer service and customer expectations
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• The ability to remain professional even under pressure
• An energetic self-starter, distinguished by interpersonal skills, with a focus on listening and questioning techniques.
• Excellent PC skills are essential.
• Superbly organized and with great attention to detail
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
