Joining Axe Finance is joining a fast-growing fintech company. We are currently seeking to hire (a) PFE intern(s)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the digitization of Learning & Development programs, transforming existing training materials into engaging digital formats

  • Create and edit AI-generated learning content (videos, micro-learning modules, visual assets) based on internal training needs

  • Coordinate with different departments to collect, structure, and enhance training content for company-wide use

  • Support the design and improvement of e-learning and multimedia training modules (video, audio, presentations)

  • Participate in shaping modern learning experiences by experimenting with AI tools, content formats, and digital learning methods

Candidate Profile Requirements

  • Student or recent graduate with a strong interest in digital learning, content creation, or knowledge management

  • Fast learner, curious by nature, and comfortable experimenting with new tools and platforms

  • At ease working with presentation tools (PowerPoint / Google Slides / Canva) and willing to explore AI-based video and content tools

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to translate information into clear, structured learning content

  • Good communication skills and comfortable collaborating with multiple teams​
