Product Associate

Role Overview
We're hiring a structured, proactive, and tech-savvy Product Associate with strong documentation instincts to support the execution and continuous improvement of our retail media platform.
This hybrid role combines delivery execution, cross-functional coordination, and structured writing.

You will work directly with the Product Manager to help turn feature ideas into testable tickets, manage the day-to-day flow of product activities, and maintain clear documentation throughout the lifecycle. Ideal for someone who loves clarity, structure, and systems thinking and who wants to grow into a product manager with strong fundamentals in product ops, stakeholder management, and user-focused delivery.

Key Responsibilities

● Technical Writing: Create diagrams to visualize system behavior, user flows, and
process logic (e.g. swimlanes, process maps, decision trees).
● Feature Execution Support: Break down product requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and UAT flows. Ensure Jira tickets are testable, traceable, and complete.
● Cross-Team Coordination: Act as the link between engineering, design, and business. Track blockers, follow up on deliverables, and ensure alignment through the sprint.
● Documentation Ownership: Maintain the product documentation repository (Notion/Confluence). Write and organize feature specs, flows, and internal guides
● Meeting & Process Hygiene: Prepare notes and summaries from grooming, planning,
and stakeholder syncs. Ensure action items and next steps are documented and followed up.
● Prioritization & Analysis Support: Assist in building prioritization matrices, revenue
impact estimates, and effort assessments to support roadmap decisions Ideal Candidate Profile
● Organized Executor: Brings order to fast-moving projects, tracks tickets, chases blockers, and ties loose ends.
● Structured Thinker: Able to simplify complex inputs into clean, testable, and trackable outputs
● Precise Communicator: Write clearly and efficiently. Comfortable turning voice notes and messy input into final specs

● Documentation-Oriented: Enjoys creating clarity through diagrams, specs, tables, and systems mapping
● Analytical Supporter: Comfortable with numbers, Excel formulas, modeling, and prioritization scoring
● Fast Learner: Picks up new tools and concepts quickly. Can self-onboard to platforms and tech stacks.
● Cross-Functional Navigator: Enjoys working with designers, engineers, and business teams to keep delivery running smoothly.

Preferred Background
● 1–2 years in a product-adjacent role: Product Ops, Junior PM, Business Analyst, or
Technical Writer
● Experience with documentation or delivery processes in tech environments
● Familiar with agile frameworks, story writing, backlog grooming, and sprint delivery
● Exposure to tools like Jira, Notion, Confluence, Lucidchart, or Miro
● Comfort with process mapping, requirement breakdowns, and stakeholder
communication
