Your Mission: The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Assistant to support our financial operations and ensure accuracy in our accounting processes. Your mission is to maintain precise financial records, manage accounts payable efficiently, and contribute to the overall financial health of our global organization.
TasksAccounts Payable Management
- Process and verify vendor invoices from multiple channels (email, portals, physical mail)
- Execute payment processing while tracking due dates and early payment discounts
- Maintain accurate vendor records and payment schedules
Financial Reconciliation
- Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accounting accuracy
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes
- Support preparation of accounting documents for external auditors
Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial documentation
- Assist in generating regular financial reports
- Support financial data analysis and verification processes
Essential Requirements (Must-Haves)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in finance or accounting roles
- Strong proficiency in Excel and accounting software
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Fluent in English (written and spoken, B2+ level)
- Based in Tunisia with reliable remote work setup
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves)
- Experience in international business environment
- Knowledge of French or Arabic
- Familiarity with multi-currency transactions
- Experience with digital payment platforms
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
