We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salesforce Product Owner to join our dynamic technology team. 

We are looking for a versatile Product Owner and Scrum Master to lead our Salesforce development team. You will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and the technical delivery team through agile best practices.

Your next missions :

  • Gather, analyze, and centralize business requirements from cross-functional teams to translate them into clear Salesforce user stories and product requirements.

  • Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivering maximum value through well-defined epics, features, and user stories.

  • Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, refinement, reviews, retrospectives) and coordinate with developers, admins, and stakeholders.

  • Perform functional testing and validate deliverables, ensuring solutions meet acceptance criteria, quality standards, and user expectations.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define the product roadmap, manage release cycles, and communicate progress, risks, and dependencies.

Qualifications:

Hard skills

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, engineering or a related field.

  • 4+ years of experience in Salesforce administration and configuration.

  • Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator

  • Strong knowledge of salesforce (Sales Cloud/ Marketing Cloud/ Service cloud), data model, security (Roles, profiles, permission sets).

  • Reporting and dashboards: KPI's, pipeline, activity, service performance.

  • Backlog management: epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, prioritization (RICE/ MoSCoW/ WSJF).

  • Agile delivery: refinement, sprint planning, demos, UAT, release management (sandboxes, deployments).

  • Business understanding: CRM processes (lead-to-cash, case management), integration/API 

  • Translate complex user stories into detailed testing scenarios

  • Acceptance Criteria (AC) Ownership: Define the framework for every story to ensure developers and stakeholders have a shared understanding of success.

  • Clear communication (bridge business and tech), facilitation, stakeholder management.

  •  Strong prioritization and business mindset ( value, ROI, risk).

  •  Analytical problem solving, attention to details.

  •  User focus and adoption mindset.
