Missions
Obtain a deep understanding of the product and absorb its functionalities
Work closely with engineering and product marketing teams to understand project requirements
Develop a clear and well suited product documentation, use cases and processes presentation
Write user-friendly content that meets the needs of the target audience
Synchronize product manuals with new version releases
Evaluate current content and develop innovative approaches for improvement
Required Profile
A degree in software engineering
A minimum of 2 years experience in IT technical writing or as a software quality engineer
Ability to understand, analyze and handle complex topics
Excellent written and oral communication skills with English and French
Proactive, curious, autonomous with good analytical skills
