Nous sommes une marque internationale de danse (vêtements & accessoires) en pleine croissance, présente en Europe, au Moyen-Orient et en Afrique du Nord.
Notre mission : accompagner les danseuses et danseurs avec des produits élégants, performants et inspirants.

Nous recherchons un(e) Marketing Manager orienté(e) performance, capable de scaler nos ventes B2C et doptimiser nos campagnes digitales.

Missions principales
  • Définir et piloter la stratégie marketing B2C multi-canale
  • Gérer & optimiser les campagnes Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok Ads, et Google Ads
  • Suivre les KPI e-commerce et améliorer le ROAS, CAC, LTV, CTR, AOV, retention
  • Concevoir et optimiser les funnels (acquisition retargeting fidélisation)
  • Collaborer avec léquipe créative sur les visuels, vidéos et contenus publicitaires
  • Gérer le CRM & email marketing (ex : Klaviyo)
  • Contribuer aux lancements produits & croissance du e-shop international
Profil recherché
  • Minimum 35 ans dexpérience en marketing digital B2C / e-commerce
  • Maîtrise experte de :
    Meta Ads Manager
    TikTok Ads Manager
    Google Ads
  • Très bon niveau en tracking, analytics et performance data
  • Compétences en e-commerce : Shopify ou Prestashop, Pixel, GA4, UTM, CRM
  • Sens du branding, créativité & storytelling
  • Parfaitement francophone et anglophone
  • Passion pour la danse / mode / sport = un vrai bonus
