Let's get to the point
We're looking for an International Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Tunisia.
You'll work on international hiring processes end to end: sourcing, interviews, offers and coordination with hiring managers.
In addition, you'll manage the contractual and documentation side of hiring, and play an active role in onboarding, both from a process and a people perspective.
This is a hands-on role where accuracy, follow-through and clear communication really matter.
What you'll do:
Support end-to-end recruitment activities for international roles
Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication
Work closely with hiring managers and senior recruiters
Prepare and manage job offers and employment contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Coordinate the onboarding process, including documentation, internal alignment and first-day readiness
Act as a point of reference for new hires during their onboarding journey
Ensure consistency, structure and a positive candidate/employee experience throughout the process
You're a good fit if:
You have 1–2 years of experience in recruiting or HR
You're organised, reliable and comfortable handling documentation and processes
You combine attention to detail with a human, people-oriented approach
You communicate clearly and professionally
What you bring with you:
Fluency in English and French (Italian is a plus)
Attention to detail and respect for deadlines
A collaborative mindset and sense of responsibility
