Vos missions :
Sourcing et création de viviers de candidats (Jobboards et Linkedin), suivi des agents de recherche
Sourcing sur des besoins précis
Préqualification en ligne
Création des shortlists pour les Talent Acquisition Specialist
Création des dossiers de candidatures
Gestion des candidatures spontanées
Gestion de la cooptation dans l'ATS
Saisie des candidats Ecoles / Forum
HotLine Niveau 1 ATS
QualificationsDe formation RH / Management ou Commerciale, vous bénéficiez d'une première expérience en recrutement ou en relation clients.
Vous parlez couramment français, et une langue européenne (italien, espagnol, allemand).
Vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils informatiques et maîtrisez Excel.
