In this role, you will own, scale, and mature the ISV partner ecosystem, directly impacting revenue growth and platform adoption. Your strategic direction will involve managing a portfolio of digital-native and cloud-native partners, driving collaborative efforts to create mutual value. You will work closely with various stakeholders, ensuring alignment across sales and technical teams to facilitate joint initiatives. This is an opportunity to influence the market landscape and represent the company in key ecosystems. Your leadership will be vital to the success of our partner strategies and execution.
Accountabilities- Own the end-to-end strategy and execution for a portfolio of ISV partners including onboarding, enablement and performance management.
- Drive ISV readiness and platform adoption through structured onboarding and technical enablement.
- Lead joint GTM and co-sell execution with Sales and ISV partners.
- Establish Joint Business Plans and track partner-sourced pipeline and revenue.
- Represent the company within the ISV ecosystem at industry events and strategic forums.
- Act as the primary ISV advocate across cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in ISV partnerships or business development within B2B technology.
- Proven success in building and scaling revenue-generating partner ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and business models.
- Experience driving joint GTM and co-sell motions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
