- Degree or background in Administration, Computer Science (IAG or related) or similar qualification.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with maturity and discretion.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize under pressure.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Professional, punctual, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Flexibility to manage diverse tasks and continuously changing plans.
- Solid technical proficiency in MS Office (medium to excellent).
- English skills: medium to excellent (B1–C1).
- Based in Nabeul (the closer to our offices, the better).
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, ideally within a software/tech company, is an advantage.
- Attractive salary package depending on skills and experience.

- Manage and safeguard the Managing Director's agenda: scheduling, prioritizing, and coordinating meetings with absolute discretion.
- Assist in meetings: prepare materials, take notes, and ensure timely follow-up on action points.
- Handle sensitive internal and external communications with a high degree of confidentiality.
