Nous sommes à la recherche de business analysts expérimentés et passionnés pour rejoindre notre équipe basée en Tunisie. En tant que Business Analyst, vous ferez partie d'une équipe talentueuse qui travaille dur pour garantir que nos projets sont livrés à temps et de manière efficace

Description du poste

Au sein de notre Digital factory qui est constituée d'une soixantaine de personnes : vous échangez de manière quotidienne, avec les équipes techniques : tech leads, équipe Test et Automation, référents , scrum master, software engineers de différentes spécialités..., ainsi que l'équipe métier.

Responsabilités: 

- Analyse du processus métier, conception des US à destination des Développeurs (solutionning) : découpage fonctionnel/technique,

- Support aux développeurs sur les US réalisées, ainsi que la recette MOE/métier,

- Contribution aux études transverses du SI en tant que représentant de la MOE,

- Participation à la conduite du changement,

- Reporting régulier de l'avancement de l'équipe projet MOE,

- Participation à la gestion, priorisation du backlog et rédaction des Users Stories

Livrables :

- US et documentation produit sous confluence,

- PowerPoint Présentations pour la partie refinement avec le métier, suivi des développements.

Qualifications

Qualifications :

- Issu de formation supérieure, le métier de Business Analyst vous motive ou vous passionne.

- Vous êtes passionné par les technologies innovantes, vous faites preuve d'une bonne capacité d'adaptation.

- Vous êtes organisé

- Vous avez un bon relationnel et avez démontré de bonnes capacités de communication et de rédaction.
