Currently we are looking for an Accounting controller within ODDO BHF Group Accounting Control Team in Tunis.
ODDO BHF Tunis has been growing since its creation in 2008.
With more than 400 employees, it now operates in following main areas: IT, financial analysis and finance.
MISSIONS
Within ODDO BHF, you will join the ODDO BHF Group Accounting Control of the group's Financial Department. The team is in charge to monitor, develop and optimize the accounting control plan of the group ODDO BHF SCA.
To do so, you will report to the Accounting Control Responsible in Tunis. You will also work closely with the Paris and Frankfurtteam of ODDO BHF Group Finance and Business department.
In coordination with the departments located in France, Tunisia and Germany, your missions will be as follows:
ü Preparation of the various accounting closing
üManagement of the accounting closing schedule
üCreation of the control plan for different areas (accounting, regulatory, consolidation, etc.)
üParticipate in carrying out the various controls while respecting deadline and quality constraints:
•Monitoring clearance of outstanding issues in collaboration with the different teams
•Production of various notes
•Suggest new controls and action plans
•Participate actively and regularly in the optimization and development of the control plan
Organization of the monthly committee with the different business responsible to follow up the clearing of outstanding,
Preparation of the auditor's intervention and answer the various questions,
Updating the documentation and the different operating modes,
PROFIL
Must have:
•Successfully completed studies (4/5 years, for example with a Master's degree in accounting auditing, ).
•At least 3 years' auditing experience in a finance institution or auditing firm, with solid accounting skills, preferably in banking accounting and IFRS.
•Excellent interpersonal skills and high availability, enabling you to work with all levels of contacts
•Ability to think critically and synthesize information.
•Excellent written and oral communication skills.
•Very good knowledge of English and French.
•Rigour and ability to maintain quality work overtime.
•High degree of commitment.
•Good Microsoft Excel skills.
