Partner with the best

As a Logistics Specialist, you'll manage the transportation and logistics of goods to and from our customers. Collaborating with internal teams (e.g Inventory and Finance) you will facilitate efficient service delivery for customers. You will ensure your duties are carried out in compliance with Baker Hughes and Health & Safety practices.

As a Logistics Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Develop and lead end-to-end logistics solutions to achieve required on-time pick up & delivery of goods. Manage Logistics Costs to meet budgets and Op Plans.
• Elaborates proposals for improvement in approaches, methods, procedures and processes in the own field.
• Handles communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered.
• Contributes to project as a team member. Work goals typically take 1-3 month to complete and results are seen immediately or within 1-2 months

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Logistics).
• Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Logistics

• Have oil and gas experience is a must

• Have previous experience in import and export

• Be an expert with Microsoft tools

• Strong oral and written communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

• Able to work independently.

• Have Strong problem-solving skills.
