Nous recrutons un(e) Sales Team Leader francophone pour accompagner la croissance d'un client spécialisé dans les énergies renouvelables, opérant sur le marché français.
Vos missionsMissions principales
- Piloter et animer une équipe de commerciaux
- Développer les ventes sur le marché français
- Suivre la performance commerciale (KPI, objectifs, closing)
- Coaching et support au closing
- Structurer et optimiser le pipeline commercial sur HubSpot
Profil recherché
- Français courant / natif obligatoire
- Expérience confirmée en vente B2C ou B2B
- Expérience en management commercial
- Maîtrise de HubSpot indispensable (gestion pipeline, reporting, suivi équipes)
- Leadership, orientation résultats, excellent relationnel
