We are seeking Subject Matter Experts from the Health, Legal, and Finance sectors to join our team. This is not a traditional HR role; you will leverage your deep professional background to source, assess, and vet the specialized minds shaping the future of AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Domain-Specific Sourcing: Lead end-to-end recruitment to identify and engage elite professionals in your specific field (Health, Legal, or Finance).
• Technical Assessment: Apply your professional expertise to rigorously evaluate candidate qualifications for specialized AI training and evaluation roles.
• Project Leadership: Manage high-stakes, fast-paced recruitment cycles with a strong sense of urgency and a "bias for action."
• Stakeholder Synergy: Partner with internal and external stakeholders to align hiring needs and deliver high-signal talent.
• Process Engineering: Continuously identify efficiencies and implement best practices to streamline recruitment workflows.
• High-Impact Communication: Produce clear, persuasive communication for candidate outreach and stakeholder updates.

Required Domain Expertise

• Health Recruiter: Professional background in Medicine, Biology, or Health Sciences (MD, PhD, or advanced clinical experience).
• Legal Recruiter: Experience as a Lawyer, Attorney, Paralegal, or Legal Specialist.
• Finance Recruiter: Proven expertise in Banking, Investment, Accounting, or Corporate Finance.
