Social Media Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter), YouTube, and Snapchat.
Participate in defining and executing the social media visibility and growth strategy.
Manage and optimize paid campaigns using Meta Business Suite, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager.
Monitor performance, analyze insights, and suggest optimizations.
Coordinate with content and design teams to ensure consistency and impact.
Ensure compliance with brokerage and financial communication guidelines.
Profile Required:
Proven experience in social media management, preferably in brokerage, fintech, or financial services.
Good knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads.
Strong understanding of social media algorithms and performance metrics.
Fluent in Arabic and English (French is a plus).
Proactive, creative, and data-driven mindset.
