With more than 300 employees, it now operates in two main areas: financial analysis and IT.
The IT team ensures the development of all the websites and brings its expertise to the Group's major IT projects.
Innovating on the Tunisian market, ODDO BHF Tunis is developing in other businesses and aims to increase its workforce as part of the Group's development
Job description
- Management and operation of the central, group-wide Identity & Access Management solutions
- Development of Operation Handbooks to ensure a high service and data quality
- Development of a 3-level support model for end users and stakeholders in the business
- Management of recertification campaigns for user authorizations
- Provide 2nd Level Support and training to end users to raise awareness for all Identity & Access related topics
- Identification and implementation of improvements in the group's Identity & Access Management processes
- Support further improvements of the Identity & Access Management platforms in cooperation with the responsible development teams
Skils required
- Bachelor's degree ( Digital marketing, Management, IT applied to Management, Finance, ... )
- Basic knowledge of Identity & Access Management processes (Request & Approval + Recertification)
- Profound knowledge of SQL and MS Office (especially Excel)
- First experience with Identity & Access Management solutions such as One Identity Manager is a great advantage
- Technical understanding of IT architectures in a corporate environment
- Very good knowledge of English
- French and/or German is a great advantage
- Friendly and service-oriented team player
- High level of service and customer orientation
