Gestionnaire AVAS

Mission:

• Control of the electrical harness manufacturing process for on-time delivery to the customer and minimize delivery delay .
• Work closely and exchange information with different departments
• Optimization and daily monitoring of the production line in collaboration with production
• Verification and modification of the statuses of the production steps on demand of the production
• System Pic By Light management in case of production interruption
• Send " Statistics " of the state of the harnesses to the collaborators using the System with the NamedSQL Software
• Optimization of the way of the Commission for objective the ergonomics of the Lager thus the gain of the time of the commission
• Blocking and Unlocking Commands and modules in the IPST System
• Manually launch customer Orders
• Declaration of personnel and equipment on IPST System.
• Ensure a smooth change of Baugruppe in collaboration with the Production and the FBB Service
• Ensure the availability of material in the chains and the Pufferlager.
• Collaboration with the center Draexlmaier User Service / when Processing the sudden System failure that will block the manufacturing process
• Establish an action plan for various failures during production.
• Organize inspection and control tours of the electrical harnesses manufacturing process
• Development of Status reports and modullist according to the requests of the Services concerned

Profil:

• University degree  BAC +3 and more.
• Good communication skills.
• Good mastery of computer software.
• Perfect command of the English language, German will be an asset
