OUR PARTNER SCHOOL IS SEEKING A SENDCO TO START IMMEDIATELY
THE SCHOOL IS A UK CURRICULUM SCHOOL LOCATED WITHIN TUNIS
• A subject specialist degree from a reputable institution
• British Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Sound knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice
• Understanding of what makes ‘quality first’ teaching, and of effective intervention strategies
• Ability to plan and evaluate interventions
• Data analysis skills and the ability to use data to inform provision planning
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build effective working relationships
• Commitment to getting the best outcomes for pupils and promoting the ethos and values of the school
• Commitment to equal opportunities and securing good outcomes for pupils with SEN or a disability
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize effectively
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality at all times
• Commitment to safeguarding and equality
• Experience in teaching in the UK or at a British International School overseas
• A motivated individual that likes to share the passion for teaching with children and see them learn, develop, and grow, both socially and academically under his/her care

Requirements
Qualified teacher status
Degree and training relevant to the post
Experience Teaching experience
Involvement in self-evaluation and development planning
Experience of conducting training/leading INSET
