To enrich our Production department of the Marquardt Group located in Pôle industriel "neopark El fejja" 1153, Mornaguia-la Mannouba, Tunis-El Fejja we are looking for you as
Process Engineer
Qualifications
- Engineering degree with experience in production/assembly environments and multi-technology processes
- Strong knowledge of industrial engineering tools (Lean, Six Sigma, PFMEA, Control Plan, 5S)
- Good understanding of technical drawings, automation systems, PLC basics, and production equipment
- Solid problem-solving and data analysis skills (root cause methods, KPIs like OEE, scrap, cycle time)
- Effective communication, teamwork, MS Office/ERP proficiency, and good English skills
Responsibilities
- Standardize and optimize manual and automated assembly processes (line balancing, cycle time, layout)
- Support NPI by defining process flows, work instructions, PFMEA, and validating processes
- Manage and stabilize multiple technologies (welding, laser, screwing, testing/EOLT)
- Ensure quality through defect analysis, root cause methods, and control plans, while supporting daily production and improving OEE
- Monitor KPIs, maintain documentation and traceability, manage changes, and ensure HSE compliance
