Main Responsibilities
Administer and support Windows and Linux environments
Configure and troubleshoot enterprise networks
Manage servers, virtual machines, storage, and infrastructure services
Support Active Directory / Microsoft Entra ID environments
Manage user access, permissions, and identity-related services
Monitor infrastructure availability, performance, and security
Configure and troubleshoot DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN, routing, and firewall issues
Participate in vulnerability management and security hardening
Analyze security alerts and contribute to incident investigation
Support endpoint and server security solutions
Participate in backup, recovery, and business-continuity activities
Support cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure and/or AWS
Maintain infrastructure and security documentation
Collaborate with network, cloud, application, DevOps, and security teams
