Shift Maintenance Technician
Qualifications
- Technical diploma/degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, or Industrial Maintenance
- 2–4 years in maintenance within manufacturing/automotive environment
- Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems
- Familiarity with sensors, vision systems, and EOLT equipment
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
- Basic computer skills (maintenance systems, reporting)
- Basic English (technical understanding)
- Reactivity and ability to work under pressure
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on assembly lines and EOLT stations
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic faults
- Ensure proper functioning of EOLT equipment (testing systems, sensors, cameras)
- Support quick recovery of breakdowns to minimize downtime
- Adjust, calibrate, and validate machines after intervention
- Assist in installation and commissioning of new equipment
- Maintain documentation (maintenance records, reports)
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Support continuous improvement and reliability of equipment
