Karak Maker — Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

A well-established hospitality and F&B company in Riyadh is looking for an experienced Karak Maker to join its front-of-house team, preparing and serving traditional karak tea to guests across a busy multi-outlet operation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare karak tea following traditional recipes, ensuring consistent flavor, strength, and presentation
• Manage the karak station, including brewing, spicing, and serving throughout operating hours
• Greet and serve guests in a warm, professional manner
• Maintain proper hygiene, temperature control, and cleanliness at the preparation station
• Monitor stock of tea, milk, spices, and related supplies, flagging replenishment needs
• Coordinate with other F&B staff to support daily service and busy periods
• Handle equipment (kettles, strainers, serving cups) with care, ensuring proper cleaning and storage
• Follow all food safety and hygiene standards during preparation and service

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a karak/tea maker or in a similar traditional hospitality service role
• Strong knowledge of karak tea preparation techniques and flavor balancing
• Well-groomed, professional presentation and demeanor
• Good communication and guest service skills
• Conversational proficiency in English
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
