• Technical Engineering Diploma.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the automotive industry.
• Knowledge of quality tools.
• Good command of English; German is considered an advantage.
• Experience working in a quality-focused manufacturing environment. Responsibilities
• Manage product and process quality activities related to changes in series production and execute quality tasks in MEC and MPPC.
• Define, plan, and implement quality requirements, including verification activities and process controls, while ensuring quality targets are achieved.
• Maintain and update quality documentation, including Control Plans, FMEA, work instructions, and PPAP documentation.
• Support new project launches by participating in transfer activities, analyzing NIO parts after production runs, organizing launch Q-circle activities, and monitoring quality KPIs (PPM/scrap) during the launch phase.
• Support customer complaints using the 8D methodology, ensure compliance with requirements, coordinate customer audits, drive continuous improvement activities, maintain communication with customers, and plan and conduct requalification activities.
