- QUALITY PLANNING FOR THE PRODUCT IN SERIES : Q-responsible for product and process changes in series Execute quality tasks Define, plan and implement quality requirements (verification, controls…) Update quality documentation (Control Plan, FMEA, Instructions…) PPAP Ensure quality targets are met
- QUALITY PLANNING DURING LAUNCH PHASE: Part of the transfer team ensures a smooth launch of the new projects from PEP team Support analyse of the NIO parts after production RUNs– PPM target analyse (RUN3 – RUN 4 before SOP). Organize launch Q-circle process in ramp-up phase (Daily meeting with the plant team and weekly meeting with PEP). Responsible for the quality KPIs (PPM/scrap) during launch phase (SOP + 6 months). Support customer complaints 8D during launch phase (SOP + 6 months) Check the compliance with the requirements Coordinate customer audits
