Senior UI/UX Designer | Tunisia relocate to UAE

About the Role
Our client is a fast-growing entertainment tech startup looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive, delightful experiences for millions of users. You'll own the full design lifecycle—from research and strategy to high-fidelity design and prototypes—working directly with product and engineering in a lean, high-impact team. This is about solving real user problems and creating experiences that stick.

What You'll Do
• Lead end-to-end UX strategy across all digital touchpoints—web, mobile, and emerging platforms—ensuring every interaction is intentional and user-centered.
• Conduct user research, define user flows, and validate design decisions through testing and iteration.
• Design intuitive interfaces that balance aesthetics with usability, applying principles of interaction design, information architecture, and accessibility.
• Build and maintain design systems and component libraries that scale across products and empower your team.
• Create high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and compelling presentations that communicate your vision to stakeholders and developers alike.
• Champion design thinking throughout the product development process—from discovery through launch and beyond.
• Stay informed on UX trends, tools, and best practices, continuously evolving our design maturity.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams in an agile environment. Who You Are
• 3+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with a portfolio of shipped web and mobile products.
• Strong grasp of design thinking methodology and

how to apply
it in real product cycles.
• Expert-level skills in Figma and Adobe Suite (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent).
• Proven ability to conduct user research, create wireframes, and validate design concepts.
• Excellent communicator who can present and defend design decisions, incorporate feedback, and align cross-functional teams.
• Meticulous attention to detail with a commitment to pixel-perfect, consistent execution.
• Experienced working in agile teams—comfortable iterating fast, learning from data, and shipping.
