About the job: Ensure the reliability, availability and compliance of all technical infrastructures.
• Lead the site's technical teams and drive engineering, utilities, facilities and infrastructure activities to support safe, compliant and efficient operations. Responsibilities
• Lead and develop the Site Technical teams
• Ensure the reliability, availability and optimal performance of equipments and technical assets
• Define and implement preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance strategies
• Oversee utilities, energy and industrial fluids, HVAC, buildings, housekeeping and site infrastructure
• Manage technical budgets, maintenance costs and investment plans
• Lead technical and continuous improvement projects and support the implementation of new installations
• Ensure compliance with HSE, GMP and applicable regulatory requirements, while promoting a strong safety culture
• Manage technical risks, audits, contractors and technical service providers
• Develop technical capabilities and ensure effective succession and skills development within the team
• Provide technical expertise and support to other site functions to ensure operational continuity and performance About You :
• Engineering degree in Electromechanics, Energy or a related technical discipline
• Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial maintenance and technical operations, preferably in the pharmaceutical, FMCH, FMCG, or chemical industry
• Proven experience in leading technical teams and managing technical projects
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, automation, hydraulic and utility systems
• Good understanding of HSE requirements, GMP and maintenance management systems (CMMS)
• Strong leadership, organizational and people management skills, with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams
• Results-oriented, proactive and able to operate effectively in a complex and fast-paced industrial environment
