Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate activities of production team members in accordance with company policies and aerospace standards (e.g., AS9100).
• Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Monitor workflow, troubleshoot issues, and ensure proper use of equipment and materials.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve production concerns.
• Train, coach, and evaluate team members; enforce safety and operational procedures.
• Maintain production documentation, logs, and reports.
• Support lean manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and customer requirements. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals to perform the essential functions. Required

Qualifications:
• Master’s degree or Mechanical Engineering degree
• Between 2 and 7 years of experience Preferred

Qualifications:
• Supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably aerospace or other regulated industry.
• Knowledge of aerospace standards and quality systems (AS9100, FAA).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work effectively with internal clients at the highest levels of the organization.
