Why? (Mission) : Manage resources and risks effectively, and foster collaboration. Establish and maintain project management methodologies, processes, and standards for the organization. Provide guidance and support to project teams and monitor project progress. ] Why? (Mission) :
• Supervise the execution of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards.
• Allocating resources (personnel, equipment, budget) to projects and managing dependencies.
• Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and senior management, providing regular status updates and reports.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, developing and implementing strategies to minimize potential negative impacts.
• Provide training and support to project managers and team members on project management methodologies and tools. Required competence and

skills:
• Engineering graduation
• Min 12 years of experience most of them in projects and program management in industrial environment
• PMP / PMg certifications are a plus
• Managed a large team (> 20 person)
