Responsibilities:
• Interpret data (reports, extracts, analyses, etc.) and recommend appropriate actions accordingly.
• Support technicians in troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and equipment maintenance activities.
• Supervise and monitor technicians’ interventions on-site.
• Ensure proper planning and preparation of interventions by coordinating with customers, teams, subcontractors, and suppliers in line with contractual requirements.
• Provide technical advice and guidance to customers.
• Participate in the organization, facilitation, validation, and implementation of activities aimed at achieving contract objectives.
• Monitor and contribute to the optimization of the department’s inventory and stock management.
• Organize team meetings with technicians, covering management topics, technical updates from support teams and manufacturers, and training activities.
• Conduct audits (technical, site, safety, and tooling audits).
• Proactively contribute to business development activities.
• Independently manage the collection and analysis of engine-related data (oil analysis, power generation data, daily reports) and ensure its communication to customers.
• Manage technical issues, propose solutions based on urgency, and prioritize interventions accordingly.
• Negotiate pricing and lead times with subcontractors.
• Monitor and maintain KPI and performance tracking dashboards.
• Act as a partial backup for the Maintenance Manager during periods of absence.
