The Area Supervisor oversees multiple zones within a designated region, ensuring efficient last-mile delivery operations, achieving revenue targets, and maintaining high customer satisfaction. They lead supervisors, optimize resource allocation, and ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise daily last-mile delivery operations and ensure on-time performance.
• Manage route optimization, fleet coordination, and performance tracking.
• Oversee last-mile delivery operations across multiple zones, ensuring timely and cost-effective deliveries.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze data, and prepare regular reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulations.
• Control operational costs and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a supervisory logistics or last-mile delivery role.
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with logistics software, OMS, and CRM platforms.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
