Role Description The Part-Time Advanced Excel Instructor will deliver in-person training sessions at the GOMYCODE campus in Sousse. Responsibilities include planning and teaching advanced Excel concepts such as complex formulas, data analysis tools, pivot tables, dashboards, and automation techniques. The instructor will guide learners through practical exercises, provide individualized support, assess progress, and offer constructive feedback. The role also involves creating or adapting learning materials, collaborating with the academic team to improve course content, and ensuring a positive, inclusive classroom environment. This is a part-time, on-site position based in Sousse. Qualifications Strong proficiency in advanced Excel functions, including complex formulas, data analysis tools, pivot tables, charts, and dashboard creation. Experience using Excel for business analytics, reporting, and process automation (e.g., macros or VBA is a plus). Background in teaching, coaching, or mentoring learners in technical or business-related subjects. Ability to explain complex concepts clearly, adapt teaching methods to different learning styles, and provide constructive feedback. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to inclusive, learner-centered instruction. Organizational skills to plan lessons, manage classroom activities, and track learner progress effectively. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as Business, Data Analysis, Information Systems, or Education) or equivalent practical experience. Experience with digital education platforms or blended learning environments is an advantage. Comfort working in an on-site campus environment in Sousse and collaborating with a diverse, international team.
