• Define test plans, test cases, and acceptance criteria from product requirements
• Run functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing
• Build and maintain automated test suites for UI and API layers
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
• Log, triage, and track defects with clear reproduction steps and severity
• Verify fixes and sign off on releases
• Test for basic security issues such as authentication, authorization, and input validation
• Report on test coverage, defect trends, and release readiness
• Work with developers and product owners to improve quality standards Required Qualifications
• Hands-on test automation
• API testing experience
• Working knowledge of Python or JavaScript for test scripting
• Experience with CI/CD tools
• Solid understanding of the SDLC and Agile practices
• Experience with Jira or a similar defect tracking tool
• Clear written and spoken English
• Strong attention to detail and a habit of questioning assumptions Preferred Qualifications
• Experience testing cloud or SaaS platforms
• Basic knowledge of OWASP Top 10 and security testing tools
• Performance testing experience
• Experience with Docker and test environment setup
• ISTQB certification
