About Disconnect to Connect Disconnect to Connect (D2C) is a wellbeing and mindset coaching brand helping entrepreneurs, young professionals and women across MENA and Africa build careers and businesses without burning out. Our flagship online course, From Exhausted to Effective, helps people recognize exhaustion early, reset their energy and work in a way that is sustainable. The role We are looking for Country Ambassadors to introduce the course to their own communities and networks. You represent D2C in your country and earn a commission on every sale you bring in. What you will do
• Share the course with your audience, community or network
• Use your personal referral link to track your sales
• Create simple, genuine content or recommendations about the course
• Share feedback on what resonates in your country What you get
• 20% commission on every sale made through your link
• A ready to use ambassador kit (visuals, captions, key messages)
• Direct access to the D2C team
• You can choose from 2 options so you can speak about it from experience Important: this is not a salaried position This role is 100% commission based. There is no fixed salary, no hourly pay and no employment contract. Your earnings depend entirely on the sales you generate. It is flexible, remote and fits alongside your current work. Who we are looking for
• Entrepreneurs, creators, coaches, HR or community builders
• An engaged audience or network in your country (size matters less than trust)
• Genuine interest in mental health, wellbeing and sustainable work
• Self driven and comfortable promoting something you believe in
