Team members collaborate with agricultural stakeholders to help them adopt smart, efficient, and environmentally conscious farming practices. Role Description The Business Development Partner is a full-time hybrid role based in Sfax, Tunisia, with flexibility for partial work from home. In this role, the individual builds and manages strategic relationships with agricultural clients, partners, and distributors to expand RoboCare’s market presence and drive adoption of its precision farming and digital monitoring solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, preparing and delivering client presentations, participating in negotiations, and contributing to sales proposals and contracts. The Business Development Partner collaborates with internal teams to align solution offerings with client needs, supports product demonstrations, and provides feedback to improve services. The role also involves coordinating training and educational sessions for clients, monitoring project progress, and reporting on performance metrics and market trends. Qualifications
• Demonstrated skills in Sales and Business Development, with experience identifying opportunities, building pipelines, and closing deals.
• Experience in Consulting and Client Relationship Management, including understanding client needs and proposing tailored solutions.
• Competence in Project Management, with the ability to coordinate activities, manage timelines, and track deliverables.
• Background in Leadership Development and Training, supporting client and partner enablement and internal knowledge sharing.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present complex technological solutions in clear, accessible ways.
• Familiarity with agriculture, agritech, or related technology sectors is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing on-site collaboration in Sfax with remote work.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agriculture, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency in relevant productivity and CRM tools, and comfort working with data-driven insights.
