Role Summary Lead the on-site team and own daily operations, supervision, accountability, and reporting to senior leadership. Responsibilities Team supervision and accountability
• Supervise attendance, availability, workload, and daily output
• Set weekly and monthly expectations and track delivery against them
• Run one-on-ones, team meetings, and performance check-ins
• Conduct performance reviews, document results, and manage improvement plans
• Handle disciplinary matters in line with local labor law and company policy
• Report to leadership on capacity, performance, risks, and morale
• Escalate issues early with a recommended course of action Hiring, onboarding, and offboarding
• Coordinate sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers
• Run onboarding: equipment, accounts, policy sign-off, training plan
• Run offboarding: equipment return, access removal, knowledge transfer, exit interview
• Identify skill gaps and arrange training and development HR administration
• Administer contracts, leave, overtime, attendance, and payroll inputs
• Ensure compliance with local labor, social security, and tax requirements
• Maintain accurate employee records
• Serve as first point of contact for employee policy and benefits questions Security and compliance
• Enforce security policies: physical access, visitor logs, clean desk, device handling
• Coordinate laptop provisioning, asset inventory, and device compliance with IT and security
• Ensure NDAs, confidentiality agreements, and policy acknowledgments are signed
• Ensure completion of required security awareness training
• Provide evidence for HR and physical controls during internal and client audits
• Report security incidents and policy violations immediately Communication and alignment
• Act as the link between the on-site team and leadership
• Keep the team aligned on

• Ensure schedule overlap with US time zones Required Qualifications
• 2+ years in operations, office management, team leadership, or HR operations
• 2+ years directly supervising a team
• Experience managing staff in a technology, IT services, BPO, or professional services setting
• Working knowledge of local labor law, social security, and payroll practices
• Fluent business English, French, and Arabic, written and spoken
• Strong judgment and integrity, with the ability to hold people accountable
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace and collaboration tools (Teams, Slack, Jira)
• Availability during US overlap hours
