Scrum Master

At K-LAGAN, we are looking for a Scrum Master to join our team and facilitate agile delivery across cross-functional engineering and data product teams. In this role, you will act as a servant leader, fostering high-performing self-organizing teams, removing impediments, and driving continuous improvement across international technology initiatives. Key position condition: Position to support Spain remotely from Tunisia

Key Responsibilities
• Agile Facilitation & Coaching: Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, guiding teams to effectively adopt Agile, Scrum, and Kanban principles.
• Team Empowerment & Impediment Removal: Proactively identify, track, and resolve blockers, dependencies, and team friction to ensure steady and sustainable delivery velocity.
• Product Owner & Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Product Owners to support effective backlog management, clear user story writing, and alignment with release goals.
• Metrics & Continuous Improvement: Monitor team health and delivery metrics (velocity, burndown/burnup, cycle time, lead time) to drive actionable retro improvements and process optimization.
• Agile Culture & Scaling: Foster a psychologically safe, empathetic team culture and support scaled agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS) when working across interconnected teams. 📋 Main Requirements & Qualifications

Experience:
Solid background as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Delivery Lead facilitating software engineering, data, or cloud infrastructure teams.
• Agile Mastery: Deep understanding of Agile principles, the Scrum framework, Kanban methodologies, and continuous improvement practices.
• Tooling Expertise: Hands-on experience with agile management platforms (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Miro, Trello) for sprint tracking, dependency mapping, and reporting.
• Languages: Advanced / Fluent English (C1 level required), both spoken and written, for daily facilitation with international cross-functional teams.

• Official Agile certifications (e.g., PSM I/II, CSM, SAFe Agilist, or PMI-ACP).
• Technical background or prior experience collaborating closely with software engineers, data engineers, or cloud teams.
