Job Description
Leads Production and Infrastructure Management org unit
• Manages and supervises the Production and Infrastructure management org unit according to defined objectives and KPIs
• Designs and leads initiatives with regard to Production and Infrastructure management
• Takes Responsibility for standards, governance and processes in area of Responsibility
• Defines and steers budgets for the development of activities within area of Responsibility
• Manages and supervises multiple org units within Production and Infrastructure management
• Proposes and implements measures for improving team performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management and personal growth Functional accountability for Production and Infrastructure management on Country level Qualifications
• Education Level : University Degree
•
Experience:
Min 10 years in the Production and Infrastructure Management
• At least 5 years of experience in a leadership position
• Experience in a multinational company
• Project management experience
• Industry: Automotive or its suppliers
• Strategic mindset and ability to work under pressure
