We produce documentaries, editorial films, interviews, social media content and multimedia projects in Arabic, French and English, working with partners and clients across Tunisia and internationally. We are looking for a Senior Video Editor to join our team and take a leading role in the editing and post-production of our projects. The RoleWe are looking for an experienced editor with a strong creative eye and advanced technical expertise across editing, motion design, visual effects and color. The ideal candidate is not simply an editor, but a complete post-production professional capable of taking a project from raw footage to a polished final film — combining strong storytelling with sophisticated visual execution.

Key Responsibilities
• Edit documentaries, interviews, editorial films, reports, social media content and other video formats.
• Develop strong narrative structures, pacing and visual storytelling from raw footage and editorial material.
• Work extensively with Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
• Create sophisticated motion graphics, animations, kinetic typography, transitions and visual treatments.
• Handle VFX and compositing, including tracking, masking, keying, screen replacement and other post-production techniques.
• Perform professional color correction and color grading, ensuring visual consistency and an appropriate cinematic or editorial look.
• Handle and improve sound editing, synchronization and basic audio post-production when required.
• Integrate graphics, illustrations, archival material, photographs and other visual assets into video projects.
• Adapt and deliver content for different platforms, formats and aspect ratios.
• Maintain organized project files, assets and professional post-production workflows.
• Collaborate closely with producers, journalists, directors, designers and other members of the creative team.
• Contribute creatively to the development of visual concepts and post-production approaches.
• Ensure a consistently high standard of technical quality and visual execution across all deliverables. Requirements
• 3+ years of professional experience in video editing and post-production.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe After Effects, with the ability to create and execute sophisticated motion graphics and animations independently.
• Strong practical experience in VFX, compositing and visual effects workflows.
• Strong knowledge of color correction and color grading.
• Excellent understanding of editing principles, narrative structure, rhythm and visual storytelling.
• Strong sense of composition, typography, timing and visual design.
• Ability to work with complex projects and professional post-production workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality output under deadlines.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary creative team.
• Experience in documentary, journalism, editorial production or creative agencies is highly valued.
• Fluency in Arabic, French and/or English is an advantage.
