Location:
Salem Base, Western Desert, Egypt Work Schedule: 2 weeks on-site at the base, followed by 2 weeks home leave (2-week ON / 2-week OFF rotation)
Key Responsibilities
• Inventory & Stock Management: Responsible for receiving, issuing, and storing warehouse goods, ensuring accurate and timely recording of stock movements in accordance with Company procedures.
• Stock Auditing & Consistency: Conduct regular stock counts and inventory audits to maintain total consistency between physical stock and system/book records.
• Safety & Warehouse Operations: Ensure the safety, security, and integrity of stored goods while maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment. Client Coordination: Serve as the main point of contact for client representatives regarding warehouse inbound and outbound operations and logistics.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit relevant warehouse operation and inventory reports to Company management as required.
• HSE Compliance: Strictly adhere to and enforce Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) manuals and standards set by both the Company and Clients. Qualifications &
Requirements:
• Previous experience in warehouse management, inventory control, or materials handling, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations, stock control procedures, inventory reconciliation, and material documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with ERP or warehouse management systems is an advantage.
• Good organizational, communication, and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with both company personnel and client representatives.
• Strong attention to detail, integrity, and accountability in handling inventory and maintaining accurate records.
• Good understanding of HSE requirements and safe warehouse practices.
• Ability to work independently in a remote desert-base environment and adapt to a 2-week ON / 2-week OFF rotation.
• Good command of English for workplace communication and reporting.
