Role Description This is a full-time Odoo Developer role based in Tunis with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility. The Odoo Developer will design, develop, and maintain Odoo modules and custom features to meet business requirements. Daily tasks include writing clean and efficient server-side code, integrating Odoo with other systems and APIs, and optimizing performance and scalability. The role involves troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, participating in code reviews, and collaborating with functional consultants and stakeholders to translate business processes into technical solutions. The developer will also contribute to documentation, testing, and continuous improvement of the Odoo environment. Qualifications
• Strong foundation in Computer Science principles, including algorithms, data structures, and software design.
• Experience in Back-End Web Development, focusing on server-side logic, APIs, and database interactions.
• Hands-on Software Development experience with emphasis on robust, maintainable, and testable code.
• Proficiency in Programming languages commonly used with Odoo (e.g., Python) and familiarity with related frameworks.
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and best practices.
• Experience working with Odoo (development, customization, and integration) or similar ERP systems is highly beneficial.
• Knowledge of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL), version control tools (e.g., Git), and basic Linux server operations.
• Ability to analyze business requirements, communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders, and work effectively in a collaborative hybrid environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluency in English or French for professional communication, and strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
