As a global leader in automotive cables and wires, COFICAB Group is accelerating its international expansion and is looking to hire a Corporate Talent Acquisition Specialist to strengthen its global recruitment and talent pipeline strategy.
Job Purpose
Lead and structure corporate recruitment activities by defining workforce planning priorities, implementing recruitment policies and processes, and ensuring effective talent attraction, selection, onboarding, and succession planning across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Define recruitment objectives aligned with headcount and staffing plans. Develop and implement recruitment strategies, policies, and sourcing methodologies. Identify and manage targeted talent pools and sourcing channels. Talent Attraction & Employer Branding Strengthen employer brand visibility through HR events and digital presence aligned with corporate standards. Build and maintain partnerships with universities and external talent networks. Develop and manage internship and early-career programs. Maintain and update talent pool databases. Recruitment & Selection Prepare and manage recruitment plans based on approved needs. Oversee candidate pre-selection and assessment processes. Advise hiring managers on final selection and offer decisions. Support and participate in packages' negotiations. Track recruitment KPIs and drive continuous improvement actions. Onboarding & Integration Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs. Prepare employment documentation and ensure compliance with labor regulations. Monitor probation periods and advise managers on confirmation decisions. Conduct follow-up and feedback sessions with new employees. Governance & Reporting Implement and communicate recruitment policies and procedures. Prepare and communicate recruitment metrics and reports. Ensure alignment with internal equity, market competitiveness, and budget targets. Requirements Education Master’s degree in Human Resources, Management, or Psychology. Experience Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR Development roles. Technical Competencies Recruitment and interviewing techniques Talent management Psychometric and behavioral assessment methods Performance management processes HR policies and basic labor regulations knowledge Skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills High level of confidentiality and professional ethics Excellent stakeholder management capabilities Strong reporting and KPI tracking skills Languages & Tools Fluent in English (mandatory) Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS tools Behavioral Competencies Communication, relationship building, attention to detail, performance orientation, people development, and personal effectiveness.
