Mid-Senior Level đ Languages: Fluent English required | Arabic preferred At OX4LABS, we're growing our enterprise AI capabilities and building a dedicated Microsoft AI & Copilot practice to support organizations across the GCC and international markets. We're looking for an experienced Microsoft AI Solutions Architect who combines strong technical expertise with a practical understanding of enterprise AI transformation. This is an opportunity to take a leading role in shaping a new practice, working on real-world AI implementations, and helping organizations move from experimentation to measurable business impact. What you'll be working on:
âą Designing and implementing enterprise AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and Azure AI.
âą Building AI agents, RAG solutions, intelligent workflows, and enterprise automation.
âą Integrating AI solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Dynamics 365, and other enterprise systems.
âą Leading technical discussions, solution architecture, PoCs, and customer deployments.
âą Establishing best practices for AI security, governance, and scalability.
âą Supporting the development of our Microsoft AI practice, including partner qualifications and technical capabilities. What we're looking for:
âą Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform.
âą Strong understanding of AI agents, LLMs, RAG, and enterprise integrations.
âą Experience delivering production-grade enterprise AI solutions.
âą Excellent communication skills and the ability to work directly with enterprise clients.
âą Experience within the Microsoft Partner ecosystem is a plus. Relevant Microsoft certifications are highly valued, particularly: â AB-100 â Agentic AI Business Solutions Architect Expert â AB-620 â AI Agent Builder Associate â AI-103 â Azure AI Apps and Agents Developer Associate â SC-401 â Information Security Administrator Associate â PL-400 / AB-400 â Power Platform development credentials We value hands-on expertise, ownership, and people who enjoy turning complex technologies into practical solutions.
