SAP FICO Consultant

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to join our development team. The ideal candidate will combine a strong background in Finance and Accounting with SAP knowledge and an interest in developing further within IT consulting. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities
• Gather and analyze business requirements related to Finance and Controlling processes.
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications.
• Collaborate with ABAP developers to support the implementation of technical solutions.
• Contribute to SAP FICO configuration, enhancements and corrective maintenance.
• Perform functional and integration testing to ensure solution quality and prevent regressions.
• Support users by providing guidance, training and assistance.
• Follow up on project activities and ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.
• Analyze business processes and recommend improvements. Requirements
• A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• Professional experience in Finance, Accounting, Controlling or a similar role.
• Experience with SAP FICO (FI and CO modules).
• Strong understanding of accounting, corporate finance and management control processes.
• An interest in transitioning towards a more IT-oriented SAP consulting role.
• Knowledge of functional specifications, SAP configuration and testing.
• Basic knowledge of ABAP and SQL is an advantage.
• French and English proficiency at C1 level is required. What We Are Looking For
