Quality responsible

Missions:
• Validate workstations, work boards, control stations, 1:1 layouts, production routings, and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Participate in initial sample inspections, prepare wiring harness samples, and coordinate initial sample and pre-series approvals.
• Authorize serial production start-up in accordance with quality requirements and approval procedures.
• Monitor control plans, prepare the weekly dynamic control plan, and ensure compliance with inspection instructions.
• Maintain and update product and process documentation in coordination with the Central Quality Department in Dylaki.
• Manage internal and external 8D reports, coordinate problem-solving activities, and ensure effective implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Follow up on supplier complaints, sorting activities, process controls, and final inspections.
• Monitor internal and external quality costs, analyze quality performance indicators, and implement improvement plans.
• Ensure compliance with quality procedures, customer requirements, and applicable environmental, health, and safety standards.
• Train, supervise, and support Quality Inspectors, promoting teamwork and continuous improvement. Qualifications &

Requirements:
• Higher Technician Diploma or equivalent (minimum Bac +2), preferably in a technical field.
• Minimum 3 years in the automotive industry.
• Good computer skills and knowledge of quality control, 8D problem-solving, corrective actions, and production processes.
• Good command of French and English.
