Role Description This full-time Industrial Engineer role at Poly Services Industriels is an on-site position based in Enfidha. The Industrial Engineer will analyze production workflows, identify bottlenecks, and design improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety. Responsibilities include developing and optimizing manufacturing processes, implementing lean and continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve operational problems. The role involves collecting and interpreting data, preparing technical reports, supporting the introduction of new equipment or technologies, and ensuring that processes comply with relevant standards and company policies. The Industrial Engineer will also contribute to cost-reduction projects, capacity planning, and training operational staff on new procedures.
Qualifications
• Strong analytical skills, including data analysis, problem-solving, and the ability to interpret performance metrics.
• Solid foundation in industrial engineering principles, with experience in workflow design, capacity planning, and systems optimization.
• Background in manufacturing engineering, including process setup, equipment utilization, and production line balancing.
• Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) and continuous improvement practices.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and present technical information clearly.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency with engineering and productivity tools (e.g., CAD, process mapping software, ERP/MES systems) is an asset.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and quality standards in industrial or manufacturing environments.
• Ability to work on-site in Enfidha and adapt to a dynamic production setting.
