The Role
Deerfield Logistics LLC is a growing U.
S.-based logistics company operating a fleet of 8 over-the-road (OTR) semi-trucks. We are looking for a proactive, remote Recruitment Specialist based in Tunisia to drive our hiring efforts. You don't need a background in logistics—just the ability to quickly grasp our core business and use your excellent U.
S. English skills to seamlessly guide candidates through the hiring pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruiting: Actively source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles supporting our U.
S. operations. Candidate Marketing: Create and manage job postings across major job boards and social media platforms. Candidate
Experience:
Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring a seamless and professional process from initial outreach to onboarding. Pipeline Management: Track candidate interactions, statuses, and hiring metrics using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS). What We're Looking For
Location:
Must be currently based in Tunisia. Communication: Exceptional U.
S. English skills (written and verbal) to effectively interview and build rapport with U.
S.-based applicants.
Experience:
Prior experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, or a fast-paced sales environment. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating job boards (e.g., Indeed, LinkedIn), ATS platforms, standard office software, and utilizing AI tools to streamline the recruitment process. Driven: A highly organized, detail-oriented self-starter who thrives working independently in a remote setting.
