About ClinovaWe are building Clinova, a new-generation primary care centre in Tunis designed around a simple idea: Primary care should be accessible, continuous, technology-enabled and centred on the patient. We are looking for motivated General Practitioners who want to deliver high-quality medical care in a modern environment and contribute to the evolution of primary care. Your roleAs a General Practitioner at Clinova, you will:
• Provide high-quality consultations within the scope of general practice.
• Assess, diagnose and manage common acute and chronic conditions.
• Provide preventive care and lifestyle-oriented medical advice.
• Perform appropriate basic clinical assessments and available point-of-care procedures.
• Support continuity of care through longitudinal patient follow-up.
• Identify situations requiring specialist referral or additional investigation.
• Use digital tools to improve documentation, follow-up and patient communication.
• Contribute to the development of modern clinical workflows and patient pathways.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of the centre's services. Who we are looking forWe welcome General Practitioners who are ambitious, curious, patient-focused and interested in the opportunities offered by digital health. The ideal candidate will have:
• A Medical Doctor degree and valid authorization to practise General Medicine in Tunisia.
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills.
• A patient-centred approach and commitment to ethical medical practice.
• Good digital literacy and willingness to learn new tools.
• Interest in telemedicine, preventive medicine and digital health.
• Openness to using AI-assisted tools in clinical workflows and administration.
• The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
• Professionalism, reliability and a commitment to continuous improvement. We value clinical quality, adaptability, initiative and willingness to learn. Experience in digital health or telemedicine is an advantage, but candidates from different professional backgrounds are welcome.
