ProgressBox is hiring a Senior / Confirmed Cybersecurity Engineer – Cloud, Backend & Infrastructure
ProgressBox is looking for a Senior / Confirmed Cybersecurity Engineer to join our team and work on demanding international projects.
We are looking for someone with strong experience in cloud, backend and infrastructure security, who is comfortable working within large-company engineering processes, standards and environments.
Your responsibilities
• Design, implement and review security solutions for cloud and backend environments
• Secure infrastructure, networks, APIs and backend services
• Identify vulnerabilities and security risks and define appropriate mitigations
• Perform security assessments, hardening and vulnerability analysis
• Contribute to security architecture and technical documentation
• Work with development and infrastructure teams to integrate security into the development lifecycle
• Support security testing, monitoring and incident investigation when required
• Follow and contribute to established processes, standards and quality requirements of large organizations Required experience
• Senior / Confirmed level in cybersecurity
• Strong experience in cloud, backend and infrastructure security
• Good knowledge of networking and security protocols
• Experience with Linux and enterprise infrastructure
• Experience with security testing, vulnerability assessment and hardening
• Good understanding of secure software development and CI/CD security
• Mandatory: experience working within big-company / enterprise engineering processes
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with technical teams
• Good English communication skills
