We're looking for a Growth & Marketing Manager to help us accelerate that journey. 🎯 Your Mission Build awareness, generate opportunities, and position Cure Bionics as a leading innovator in assistive technology. You'll work directly with the founders to drive marketing initiatives, coordinate campaigns, manage communications, and ensure we're present where the right conversations are happening. 🚀 What You'll Lead
• Marketing strategy and campaign execution
• Social media planning, content calendar, and copywriting
• Coordination of external agencies, designers, photographers, and freelancers
• Identification and tracking of relevant events, congresses, competitions, accelerators, awards, and partnership opportunities
• PR, media, and thought leadership initiatives
• Email marketing and community engagement
• Marketing analytics, reporting, and growth experiments
• Creation of basic visual content and marketing materials when needed 🤖 AI-First Marketing AI should be part of your daily workflow. We expect you to leverage AI tools to improve creativity, productivity, research, content creation, campaign development, reporting, and automation. We're looking for someone who actively explores new tools and finds smarter ways to get things done. ✅ Who We're Looking For
• 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, growth, or related roles
• Strong writing and storytelling skills in English
• Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Familiar with Canva, Figma, or similar tools
• Highly organized, proactive, and execution-oriented
• Able to work independently and take ownership
• Startup mindset: resourceful, adaptable, and solution-focused
